About Us

Fuller Brook Financial Partners, LLC was established in 2009 to help individuals, families and small businesses better understand and manage their financial lives.  Fuller Brook is a fee only financial planning service.  We accept no commissions, rebates or payments from any outside source which ensures that the focus is only on our clients’ best interests.

David M. Welch, CFP®

David works directly with each individual client to develop a comprehensive financial plan that may include:

  • cash flow management and saving,
  • retirement planning,
  • investing and asset allocation,
  • college savings strategies,
  • estate planning
  • or other financial planning needs. 

Within that individual focus David works with the client to develop a detailed baseline of their current financial situation, establish a set of realistic goals and develop a custom plan to achieve 
them.  


David is CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and is a member of the Financial Planning Association's Massachusetts chapter.  In May 2012 David was recognized for his volunteer efforts on behalf of FPA, being presented with the Commander's Award for Public Service by the US Department of the Army.  


David lives in Natick, Massachusetts with his wife, Lisa Onorato and the family cat
 Caesar.  David served on the Board of the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestras, Inc. from 1998 to 2008 and was Board president from 2000 to 2008 and remains President Emeritus. He is an active member of St. Andrews Episcopal church. When they are not in Natick the family enjoys skiing, hiking and just hanging out in Warren, Vermont.


Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and federally registered CFP (with flame design) in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
